Art’s younger days were spent in the mid-Hudson valley of NY State.  He moved to the Washington DC area as a result of walking into the wrong (but successful) interview while attending New York University.  He has two Engineering degrees and has prior experience in data communication and network related operations and marketing.

He is an active swimmer and does frequent aerobic exercises.  As an investor, he seeks out undervalued stocks.  On weekends, he frequents special exhibits at local museums and experiments with cooking with tofu.
