Jules LeBoyer

I am a graduate of Arizona State University and soon after graduation I received my draft notice. Two years later I became a civilian again. I had been working for Levi’ Strauss and Company and over the next several years moved up the ladder and became a Regional Manager in Chicago. After 4 of their worst winters, I was recruited to become VP of Sales for the Women’s Division of London Fog that allowed for a move back to the Washington, D. C. area.

About 5 years later my friend, who is sadly no longer with us, offered me an opportunity to be his partner in an office furniture enterprise. We grew from zero business to over $5,000,000 in five years but we were not making any money. If you know the furniture business you will understand. We closed that company down and at that time the telecom industry was just coming out of its doldrums which gave us an opportunity to segue into that industry. The only thing possible was to re-sell long distance which we did…. which allowed us to move into re-selling basic phone lines. We are now 30+ years into being gurus in the telecom and related services. Along the way we fell into the utility consulting business starting with billing errors which then led us into brokering energy when the utility

markets were deregulated. As an offshoot of the utility business, we often find billing errors which allows us to help

recoup monies paid in error.

My guiding light in building our company was to provide a value-added service to our accounts, at no costs to them. Our goal was to do this by helping them reduce costs, better manage their expenses and have a “go to” for customer support when needed. I feel that has been accomplished and continues to be our mantra! Along the way we have built a wonderful network of contacts that help us find new business and allow us to help them in return. If you have a need we have someone to fill that need. When not working you may find me running in Rock Creek, my neighborhood or at the beach. I am also known to be on a golf course occasionally. I've enjoyed my travels and look forward to checking off my "to do" list of new destinations.
