One only has to look around to see how the world of telecommunications has changed since we began in business over 30 years ago. At that time our focus in helping our accounts reduce and better manage their service was on long distance service, as that was all that was available at that time.
Flash forward to today and there are unlimited resources for telecommunications to now include data and cloud services. From a carrier point of view, we began marketing for one provider and now represent most every carrier in most every area of telecommunications and data.
Our Providers Run from A-Z
Our aim is to align our accounts with the provider(s) that best match their needs. We review current provider’s billings and services and recommend alternate providers, if appropriate, with our goal of covering their needs and perhaps reducing their costs. Be it basic service, Voice over IP, SD-WAN, Cloud Services, Internet access and data connectivity we can be a one stop resource.
As a value add, we ask our accounts to contact us in regard to customer service issues. We become our accounts “service desk” so they can continue to do the things they need to do on a daily basis. Our network of providers gives us the resources to address any and all of our accounts needs.
